Attending as the Director of Public Relations for the Chapter I noted that the event seemed to focus on healthy soul searching and critique of the current status of Project Management (PM), with an emphasis on where the profession is potentially headed. The last 18 months seem to have awakened an awareness that unchecked exuberance and focus on the project itself has shifted to the consideration of PM relevance within the broader business model. A View from a New Guy
