Friday Tracks: Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Transformational Project Leadership (TPL)

Saturday Tracks:  Agile, Microsoft Project/Project Online, Transformational Project Leadership (TPL)

How TPL differs from Traditional Project and Change Management – The 21st century business world demands an end-to-end solution in order to achieve sustainability…projects can no longer afford to live in silos where Strategy passes the baton to Delivery which passes the baton to Change.   It demands instead one group of experts from end-to-end, where Delivery and Change work together as a team in all three phases of the project, lending their knowledge, experience, networks, and advice to each other every step of the way.  Leadership shifts or may shift as the project moves out of Delivery into Change, but the team is intact and functioning until Change is accomplished.

Don’t forget the Hyatt has a special event discount…make sure you reserve your room before March 18th!
