Project Leadership/Simulation

by Information Technology - September 11, 2016 | No Comments

Enterprise Project Management Ltd is offering a fast paced hands on project simulation training.

The training is reality based using a real life project scenario. This hands on simulation has been delivered worldwide with exceptional reviews. Participants work in teams through a “real” project including all events and influences which occur in projects – clients changing requirements, team skill sets and skill matching, team issues, personality concerns, sponsor challenges, resource constraints and technical issues. Participants must assign resources, make decisions under stress, manage the critical path and consider all parameters of a project. ( Time, Cost, Quality and Motivation ). The simulation provides immediate feedback throughout the session. This is a great opportunity to earn PDU’s, learn new concepts and have some fun!

Date:  October 227 – 10 pm

October 238-4 pm

Cost: $495. Per participant   (Groups of 3 or more from one organization will receive a discounted group rate – contact below)

Project Resolve – Learning Should Be Entertaining
