During the Pulse of the Profession® presentation, you will learn what PMI’s latest research reveals in project and program results. For the first time in five years, more projects are meeting their goals, business intent and are within budget. Organizations are becoming “champions” of project management by investing in talent, benefits realization management, PMOs and EPMOs, executive sponsors, and agile approaches. Attendees will also hear how project and program managers transform business goals and strategy into reality. Attendees will be presented with two case studies outlining how one project went wrong and how the other succeeded.
