Successful change implementations need the finesse of the trusted leader to navigate the path of least resistance. No matter how complex the change and how diverse the stakeholder groups, the real key to successful change is building a trustful relationship between all involved. Knowing how to develop this trust needs the leader to understand what it looks, feels and demonstrates to all involved.

There is a proven interplay between the science of trust and the artistry of demonstrating it. Many individuals see it as the external representation anchored in a pool of emotional responses. Extensive research has shown that trust is beyond the intangible but is a physical and chemical activity that can be brought to the fore with the right nurturing and triggers. This is a skill all project and change leaders need to understand and learn to use as they motivate acceptance and reinforcement of their change challenges.

This seminar addresses the art and science of trusted change leadership. The benefits of understanding the key trigger points for trust and how these build to smooth the way ahead for projects and strategic alignment within the current workplace.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the science of trust
  • Appreciate the challenges of change events
  • Get to know the six key drivers for trust
  • Understand the relationship of each trust driver to change
  • The importance of trust in delivering successful project and change
